ALMERE – A 39-year-old man from Almere has been arrested on suspicion of, among other things, assaulting several children. He is also said to have threatened a child with a knife and kicked a child off his bicycle at high speed while he was riding a motor scooter, the Almere Stad-Haven police reported on Facebook.
