Man Found Dead with Bruises in Brooklyn Apartment, Roommate in Custody: Latest NYC Crime News

Phill Cayenne was found dead with bruises on his neck inside his Brooklyn (NYC) apartment and his roommate was taken into police custody, reported News 12.
