The man was found unconscious inside the engine of a plane that had been de-icing.

He believes he saw a man make it through the emergency exit.

When the police found the man, they pulled him out through the air intake, where the air enters the engine fan, and tried CPR.
Break out the emergency exit
The police believe that the man broke through an emergency exit, went out onto the staging area and climbed into the jet engine of the plane.
Julie (39) was laid off
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not yet said what caused the death.
At present, the police have not released the man’s identity.
The passengers were evacuated from the plane after the discovery, the police said.
The Guardian has tried to get a comment from the airport, but has not yet received a reply.
