Man ends up with a broken leg after being pushed onto the subway tracks during robbery in Brooklyn – Telemundo New York (47)

NEW YORKNew York City Police are looking for a suspect of approaching a 52-year-old subway passenger at a Brooklyn station and demanding his property. Later, the police added, the alleged thief pushed him from the platform onto the train tracks when he refused to hand over his things.

According to the authorities, the victim was on the platform of the L line station in Bushwick Avenue / Aberdeen Street around 4:15 am on Saturday. At that time, the alleged thief demanded his belongings and when the passenger refused, they got into a dispute and the suspect pushed him onto the train tracks.

Fortunately, no subways entered the station at the time, but the victim was injured after the fall. The man suffered a broken leg and a laceration to his head and was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

The suspect ran away after the attack.
