A man in the US caused a stir after deliberately eating a tapeworm to produce a good video to attract the attention of netizens. The man named Nicolas Kratka was initially fishing and catching bass.
Nicolas then cut the fish to eat. However, when we looked inside the fish, it turned out that there were many worms that had ‘gnawed’ the fish. He then became curious and was determined to eat it to see what would happen if he consumed the fish.
“I have no regrets,” said the content creator from Los Angeles, USA, quoted by The Sun.

After eating the fish, Nicolas then experienced unpleasant side effects and rushed to the doctor. He admitted that he experienced symptoms of nausea after consuming it.
“When I went to the doctor, he said it was very likely that the worms would spread to my eyes and brain, which would kill me if I didn’t act quickly,” he added.
Nicolas said the doctor wasn’t sure what type of worm was in the fish he was eating, so he gave Nicolas some antiparasitics to treat it.
Even though he experienced this condition, Nicolas admitted that his experience of eating worms did not prevent him from trying other unusual and potentially dangerous foods in the future.
“Within a week after taking antiparasitic medicine, I didn’t feel anything wrong with my stomach,” he added.
“I will continue to eat extreme food as long as I live,” he continued.
Even so, he warned other people not to follow what he did because it was dangerous.
“Some worms cause spasms, muscle damage, and you can lose your vision because the worms get in there,” Nicolas adds.
“I’m an idiot, I won’t lie,” he continued.
