The lifeless body of an unknown person, apparently a man, who was found entangled in the water lily at the San José dam, was reported to 911 emergency services. Personnel from the Metropolitan Fire Department immediately went to the scene, as well as personnel from the Investigation Police of Expert Services, to take knowledge.
It was first a lawyer, who identified herself as Karina N., who reported to the emergency service that in the waters of the aforementioned dam was the body of a person, which was floating, entangled in the water lily. Minutes later, at 6:10 p.m., that information was corroborated by the Interapas worker, Ricardo Alejandro N., who also called 911.

After receiving the two reports at the emergency service number, they were channeled to the fire rescue team and personnel were sent to the scene. Uniformed police officers also showed up to collect information, even if they were not going to participate in the rescue of the body. It was not reported if he has visible injuries, as they had not been able to rescue him.
