Police arrested a man in north London who drove his car into a police station and then tried to start a fire. The police are massively present.

The incident happened around 8pm at the Edmonton Police Station, in north London. According to witnesses, a man tried to enter there with his car. He failed, whereupon he walked into the street and tried to set a police car on fire.
Images are circulating on social media that indeed show that the driver got out of his vehicle after the crash and then tried to start a fire in the street. When he does, he is knocked out by rushed cops.
The Metropolitan Police reports that there are many officers on the scene. “The vehicle remains on the spot while it is being examined”, it sounds. “The police station has been cleared.” A local politician speaks on Twitter about a “major incident” and urges everyone to stay away.
