The mystery of the death of the man IS (29) while live on TikTok in the apartment Jatinegara, East Jakarta still has not found a bright spot. Before being found dead, IS was captured by a CCTV camera at his residence.
“If you look at the cut, yes, he is (IS), only wearing a mask (IS),” said the head of the local RW, Tengku Jatmiko, when confirmed, Sunday (19/9/2021).
Tengku said that IS was caught on CCTV cameras on Thursday (2/9). “Yes, at least Thursday night, on Friday night, if people look at the camera, the last hours at 20.15 WIB, it looks like it’s going up. After that, when you’re in the house, you don’t know,” explained Tengku.
“He was last seen and caught by CCTV,” he continued.
A few hours later, Tengku received information from his residents if any bodies were found. When checked inside, it turns out that the body is IS with a position already lying on his sofa.
“After that, we will report it to the police,” he explained.
As previously reported, the police are still investigating the case. From the results of the investigation, the police revealed that there was a suspicion of murder in the case of this victim’s death.
“The case is true that there is a suspicion of murder in the incident of hanging himself, but investigators are still investigating,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Jatinegara Police, AKP Tri Sambodo in his statement, Saturday (18/9/2021).
Even so, Tri has not reached a full conclusion about the alleged murder. Tri said that his party is still waiting for evidence to guide the investigation into the alleged murder.
