This morning, the National Civil Police (PNC) reported the death of a man who lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree on the road that leads from San Salvador to the San Óscar Arnulfo Romero airport.
The accident occurred at kilometer 19 in the jurisdiction of Santiago Texacuangos, department of San Salvador. The deceased was identified as Daniel Gutiérrez.
It is presumed that Gutiérrez was driving at an inappropriate speed and lost control of the vehicle. It is unknown if more people travel with him.
Traffic agents from the National Civil Police carried out an inspection to include it in the final report. They also ordered vehicle traffic to avoid congestion.
