The incident occurred this Tuesday morning, around 10:30 a.m., at the Fond’Roy psychiatric hospital, located on avenue Jacques Pastur in Uccle. The circumstances of the shooting are still under investigation.
According to a police spokesperson, the patient had “an object” in his hand with which the policeman was threatened. He then pulled out his gun and fired.
