León.- A tragic accident occurred in the San José del Resplandor community early Wednesday morning, killing a man.
Civil Protection, firefighters and municipal police corporations received the report around 6:30 in the morning, which mentioned a crash and an unconscious person on La Luz Street.
Upon arrival of the Municipal Police, they confirmed the report and located a white Renault vehicle crashed into a fixed object. Inside the car they found a man identified as Oswaldo Rafael, 31 years old, who unfortunately died crushed.

State authorities secured the accident area, while the Criminal Investigation Agency and experts from the State Attorney General’s Office processed the scene in San José del Resplandor.
Once the investigation process was completed, the body was released using the hydraulic equipment of the Fire Department and Civil Protection and then transferred to the forensic facilities, where the autopsy required by law will be performed.
Meanwhile, the vehicle was taken to a boarding house in the city where it will be kept under guard until the FGE determines otherwise.
At the scene, skid marks were observed where it is believed he tried to control the vehicle, but ended up crashing.
