A local Time man in Rogaland was hit by a car on Saturday morning. The person died instantly.
Police reported a serious incident to Time on Saturday morning.
One person was hit by a vehicle on the road.
– A man has been confirmed dead. He’s local. CPR was performed, but he was eventually pronounced dead, Roger Litlatun, head of operations at the Sør-West police district, told VG.
The age of the deceased is currently unknown. Relatives have been notified.
911 services are still working on the scene and Time County Road will be closed for some time to come. The police will carry out the forensic investigation.
The deceased was walking down the road when he was hit by a car, according to operations director Litlatun.
Emergency services were informed of the accident at 07.40 on Saturday morning.
The driver must be physically unharmed.
