Ternberg, Upper Austria, September 2022: A young escort lady from Romania is summoned to a house in the small community. A man is waiting for her there – it is said to be her later murderer – here you can read the protocol of a night of murder.
This 35-year-old Austrian will appear in court next Monday. Prosecutors charged him with killing the woman. First he punched her hard and choked her – she choked on her own vomit.
According to the indictment, the man is said not to have let go of the woman after she had already died. According to the indictment, the man repeatedly abused the woman’s body and inflicted several bite wounds on her. Therefore, the Austrian is accused of murder and disturbing the peace of the dead.
The case caused a stir because friends of the dead woman had alerted the police. She was looking at the wrong address.
