Düsseldorf-Unterrath In Düsseldorf, a homicide squad is investigating an attack on a 27-year-old in the Unterrath district. The police are looking for a male perpetrator.
The 27-year-old man was seriously injured in Düsseldorf-Unterrath on Saturday evening. The man had been the victim of a physical attack, as a police spokesman said on Sunday night. “At the moment witnesses are being questioned, the search for a possible perpetrator is in full swing,” said the police spokesman.

According to the previous investigations, the 27-year-old came to a passer-by around 8:50 p.m. on Lichtenbroicher Weg screaming for help. He collapsed on site with a stab wound in his upper body. The emergency doctor first looked after the injured person and then took him to a nearby hospital. According to witness statements, a male escaped on foot in the direction of Mintarder Weg.
