Man arrested in Westminster Hall for touching the coffin of Queen Elizabeth royal family

A man was arrested at London’s Westminster Hall Friday night for touching Queen Elizabeth II’s coffin. There is a long line of people who come to say goodbye to the queen. The man would run from the line to the platform and touch the box.
