Police search his home
The officers present on site identified it as a grenade, especially since the individual insisted on displaying it, suggesting that it was dangerous.
Warned, the gendarmes quickly arrested him before going to his home to carry out a search.
On site, the grenade was indeed found, but it was only a toy. Many water guns were also present, showing a certain appetite for this type of object.
The man was already known to have made threats
The investigation also showed that the man was known for various threats made in city administrations.
He was therefore placed in police custody and should quickly be brought before the prosecution.
