On Sunday afternoon, police personnel from Colonia Caroya proceeded to control and apprehend an adult man at the intersection of Calle 46 and Calle 26.
The individual was loitering in the area without being able to justify his presence there, which led to his arrest for infraction of article 70 of the Citizen Coexistence Code.
The man was transferred to the police unit and placed at the disposal of the justice of the peace for his corresponding prosecution. In addition, in the same procedure, the motorcycle in which he was driving was kidnapped.
