“Man Arrested for Harassing Students in Virgen de Guadalupe Neighborhood”

After a police investigation, the delay and identification of Moreno, 50 years old from the Nueva Esperanza neighborhood, was achieved.

The subject was accused of harassing students from the school in the Virgen de Guadalupe neighborhood of the Capital.
