Enforcers from the municipality of Groningen arrested a man on the Grote Markt on Saturday evening. Officers saw the man lying on the ground. He had fallen, presumably because he was heavily under the influence of alcohol. When the enforcers wanted to talk to the man, he tried to hit them. The drunk man was taken to the Rademarkt office and will receive several official reports.
