Just before 7 pm on Saturday, the police reported that a man with a mask and knife had robbed a grocery store on Tau in Strand in Rogaland.
Just over 6.30 pm, we received a report that a food goat had been robbed by a man wearing a mask and armed with a knife, says operations manager Jøran Solheim to TV 2.
The man is said to have threatened the employees with the knife.
Armed police are on the scene with several patrols and are searching for the perpetrator.
– We have not been notified that anyone has been physically injured, says the operations manager.
Just before 7.30 pm, the police report that they have arrested a man, who is suspected of the affair.
– The man was arrested after a search with a dog. During the arrest, objects originating from the store were found. While in the search route, objects used during the robbery were found, the police say.
The arrested man is now being taken into custody.
