The police arrested a 23-year-old man on Wednesday on suspicion of involvement in driving into visitors to a cafe in Rijsbergen last weekend. Several visitors to the pub were injured in the incident.
The police do not report whether the possibly involved man was behind the wheel.
The collision took place in the night from Saturday to Sunday. A man would have left the pub angry, got into a vehicle and ran into visitors.
One of the victims was taken to hospital for a check-up, the rest could be treated on the spot. The suspect is in restrictions, which means that he can only have contact with his lawyer.
