He said that he was having dinner with a friend when the attacker entered the restaurant and started attacking his friend, who was seriously injured. Acting Detective Inspector Timothy Williams stated that they do not believe anyone else was involved in the incident, indicating that the attacker acted alone. Williams also mentioned that more charges are expected to be filed.

The suspect is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Tuesday.
