According to the indictment, the man on three occasions in March and April bought sex from two underage girls. In two of the cases, the girls must have been with him in the car at the same time, he writes Stavanger Aftenblad.
The 36-year-old is charged with sexual intercourse with children between the ages of 14 and 16, and for having purchased sexual services from persons under the age of 18.
The man has confessed to having bought sex from two underage girls and that he should have done more to make sure they were over the age of sexual consent.
– My client admits criminal guilt for all matters. Beyond that, I have no comments on the indictment, says the man’s defender Marie Synnøve Seldal Jansen.
The 36-year-old was as late as 2019 sentenced to 45 days in prison for a less serious relationship of a sexual nature against children under 16 years.
The trial against the man starts in Sør-Rogaland District Court at the end of September and the court has set aside three days for the case.
