Distressing. According to Le Dauphiné Libéré, a business manager recently let go of his employee in the middle of the A43 motorway, near Lyon.
The facts took place on Wednesday March 24. According to The Liberated Daupiné, a business manager stopped at la Verpillère in Isère, to let go of the passenger on the emergency lane of the A43 motorway. The passenger in the vehicle was one of his employees whom he ended up pushing out of his car before getting back on the road. The anonymous, dropped in the middle of the road, took the path from Villeurbanne, near the city of Lyon, on foot along the emergency lane. The gendarmes of the platoon eventually recovered him, seeing him walking alone.
His version of events described an argument in the car went wrong. The subject of the disagreement, during which insults were exchanged, was not specified. The worker was reportedly ejected from the vehicle following this altercation. Of Tunisian nationality, arrived in France last April and without papers, he was illegally employed. He would thus have refused to give the identity of his boss in order not to lose his job. His identity was not revealed either, but he would have needed an interpreter to be able to speak. A very distressing story that could have turned into a drama.
A woman abandoned in the middle of summer by her husband
Last August, a woman suffered the same fate as this worker. After arguing with her husband in the car, she was abandoned on a motorway rest area in Vaucluse. His husband turned back to join Lille, where they lived, no longer responding to his calls. Desperate, she enlisted the help of the gendarmes. Without a car, she spent a night at the hotel before taking a train to her home, nearly 900 kilometers away of the place of the facts.
