Man (44) threatens Groningen student: officers pull weapon | Inland

The threat occurred around 8:30 PM. The man was arrested a short time later. Because he was carrying a firearm-like object – a gas lighter, it turned out to be – the officers drew their guns.

The man, who was riding a stolen bicycle, is now detained.

The police are investigating the cause of the threat.
