ROSENDAAL – Two 17-year-old boys were arrested in Roosendaal for an incident in March in which a 33-year-old man was injured. He hung from a moving car and fell on Van Beethovenlaan. Footage of the accident that circulated on social media shows that the man was dragged at high speed and knocked out of the window of the car by the co-driver.
