Man (29) arrested with 20,000 euros in swimming trunks | Inland

The man was on his way to Spain. At the security it turned out that he had hidden 400 notes of 50 euros in his swimming trunks, which he wore under his underpants.

“Because the man made varying statements to the Marechaussee how he had obtained the money, the suspicion arose that the money may have come from criminal activities,” the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee said on Facebook. The man has been arrested for money laundering, the money has been confiscated.
