A 22-year-old man died tonight in Rotterdam as a result of a stabbing. There is no trace of the perpetrator(s).
The incident was on the Zoutziedersstraat in Rotterdam-West. The police were alerted around 7 p.m. Rescuers performed CPR on the victim on the street, but to no avail. The victim died on the spot.
A perpetrator fled in a car, writes the regional broadcaster Rhine estuary. Police are talking to witnesses and reviewing available CCTV footage.
