Man (21) tears through Helmond without pedaling, on a fat bike with a forbidden throttle

Police were conducting a video surveillance on Thursday afternoon. The officers saw the Helmonder riding a fat bike without pedaling. As it turned out, the bike was equipped with a throttle and that is prohibited.

The driver received a report and a warning. If he is spotted again on the fat bike, the vehicle will be confiscated.
