Actor Saju Navodaya says Mammootty suggested him for Siddique’s Bhaskar The Rascal. Saju said that Mammootty himself said this after the release of the film. In an interview to Master Bin Channel, Saju said that Mammootty knows many mime artists like him and he has given them all a chance.
I am acting for the first time with Mammooka in Pathemari. He listened to what I was saying in the dialogue and told me all the things that need to be changed. Then they acted together in Bhaskar the Rascal.
On the first day when Mammooka came, Siddique sir introduced each other. I stand with Kollam Sudhi. When Siddique sir said that this is Kollam Sudhi, this is Saju Navodaya, I have acted with Pulli, Mammooka said that Pulli had forgotten. When I dubbed for that film, I was told in which modulation to dub.
After the release of that movie, the interview came on the channel. Every time I go to the channel, I will say that I am happy that Siddique sir called the film and thank you sir. Mammooka said that when you said this on two or three channels, you stopped, which Siddique sir, I called you because I told you. That’s when I knew it. Mammooka knows many mime artists like me. They have all been given a chance,’ said Saju.
Mr. Hacker is Saju’s last film to hit the theatres. Mr. Hacker, written, scripted, dialogued and directed by debutant Harris, stars Anna Reshma Rajan, Bheeman Raghu and director M.A. Other characters were played by Nishad and Sohan Seenulal.
