His work implies a first filter, since the studies he carries out are the history of early diagnosisespecially if it is breast cancer, although there are other pathologies in this part of the body that are not necessarily cancer.

Treatment of patients during the study
The radiologist from the city of Puebla said that “some patients come to the study with fearwith the stress of how it will be, especially because there is a myth that it is very painful, when it is not, or because they are simply afraid that they will find some type of cancer in their results”.
“That’s why I like to talk with them, support them and let them know that cancer is not always going to be detectedbut on the contrary, if they carry out this study as it should be, having a mammogram done annually, they can be calmer because if a inconvenience can be treated in timeor,” he said.

In this regard, he pointed out that the HUP has several specialists on the subject. “All this is explained to women, both university and external, they are treated in the same way so that they are always comfortable with the information that we provide them, in such a way that they return annually to practice the mammography”
Every year 1.38 million new cases of breast cancer and 458 thousand deaths in the world from this disease. In 2019, for every 100,000 women aged 20 or over, reported 35.24 new cases.
In recent years, the number of deaths caused by this disease has alarmingly increaseddue to the delay in starting treatment, hence the importance of a timely diagnosis.
