The “Espoir cancer” association is offering the first edition of the Mama africart festival on May 19 and 20. During the two days, in two places in the city, you can take part in conferences on food, “Afro fusion” cooking workshops with chef Amirou, or oenology with a Bordeaux specialist.
The associations present will offer for sale handicrafts, but also fashion, jewelry and accessories or even spices. Snacks will be available on the various stands and the refreshment bar of the “Espoir cancer” association will surprise the public with its exotic cocktails with and without alcohol. This event is intended to finance the humanitarian operations carried out by “Espoir cancer” for more than 20 years and, in particular, the improvement of the places where patients live, as well as a position as a socio-esthetician at the Léon-Bérard centre.
