Malte Kaufmann: We need a serious review of the federal government’s Corona policy

Berlin, 4 September 2024. In response to the Federal Government’s response to his questions on the professional ban for doctors critical of Corona (August 2024, reference numbers 8/315 and 8/316), AfD Bundestag member Malte Kaufmann explains:

“Doctors who rightly assessed Corona measures critically had neither abused their profession nor violated their duties. Quite the opposite. To the best of their knowledge and belief, they campaigned for the preservation of human dignity and for protection against coercion and bodily harm. The uncensored publication of the RKI protocols now shows beyond doubt that the federal government had influenced the assessment and justification of the situation. These were unscientific, an abuse of office and therefore in many cases harmful. Professional bans or other punitive measures against doctors with a critical attitude towards the so-called Corona requirements are therefore completely unfounded.

I call on the federal government not to further exacerbate the shortage of skilled workers in the medical field and to restore law and justice. The doctors and medical staff convicted in this context must be rehabilitated. The ongoing criminal prosecution must be stopped immediately. We urgently need a serious review of the federal government’s Corona policy. In addition to the rehabilitation of critical doctors, this includes an independent investigation into long-term physical and psychological damage and the investigation of numerous mask and vaccine scandals in which individuals have made a fool of themselves.”
