JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan allowed the market and shopping center in Jakarta, it continues to operate, but with special provisions.
This provision is the application of a capacity limit for a maximum of 50 percent of visitors who are at the site at the same time.
Restaurants, eateries and cafés inside center expenses can only receive messages or take home.
This follows the announcement of the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) volume two or tightening on Sunday (13/9/2020).
In response to this, General Chair Center Indonesian Shopping Center Manager (APPBI) Chairman of the Indonesian Shopping Center Management Association (APPBI) Alphonzus Widjaja emphasized that APPBI will fully comply with the decision of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government regarding PSBB Tightening which will take place on Monday (14/9/2020).

Although it is estimated that the level of public visits to shopping centers will again decline as a result of restaurants and cafes not being allowed to serve meals on site or dine in.

Alphonzus said that until now there are no plans for changes operational hour.
He confirmed that on Monday the operational hours will apply as usual, starting at 10.00 WIB until 21.00 WIB.
Nevertheless, he guarantees, shopping centers will continue to impose a more stringent, more disciplined and consistent Health Protocol.
“In addition, we will always conduct evaluations at any time and can impose additional restrictions if necessary,” added Alphonzus.
