Paola Perego, months after the operation that saved her life, opens up with an unpublished confession about malignant kidney cancer.

Paola Perego, after a very complicated time, she is relaxing on vacation with her family during the new television year which she will see again on the air with Simona Ventura leading the program “Intercom Rai 2”. Immediately after the operation, Paola Perego he talked about his illness and, after overcoming the fear, today he talks about it without any problem. “I had malignant kidney cancer, I talk about it without problems. It was discovered in time and I decided to tell you about it: it is important to remember that you will block, and guarantee that it will be free for everyone. I recovered, I didn’t have to get treatment and I’m under control.” he told Songs and music TVs.

In January last year, Paola herself announced the illness, revealing with a post on Instagram that she had suffered one partial nephrectomy of the kidney. After the operation, Perego saw a period of animation, returning to work on TV immediately after.

His family was by his side, but also friends like Simona Ventura with whom the relationship became really deep. Now that she is well, Perego speaks calmly about the disease, repeating a message in which she strongly believes. “It is important to always do a lot of prevention, it can save your life“.
