France considers that the French journalist Olivier Dubois, disappeared at the beginning of April in Mali and reappeared since in a video, is hostage of a Jidahist group, declared this Sunday the head of the French diplomacy, “We can think that this journalist is today “hui a new hostage (…) Everything leads us to think that he is the hostage of a jihadist group”, declared Jean-Yves Le Drian, guest of the Grand Jury RTL / Le Figaro / LCI. Ovivier Dubois himself announced his kidnapping in a video posted on social networks on May 5. The French government then confirmed the journalist’s “disappearance”.
