The daughter of the black leader murdered Malcolm XIlyasah Shabazz, announced a lawsuit against the NYPD, FBI and CIAwhich according to her conspired in the shooting death of his fatherin 1965, an announcement he made to the Today marks the 58th anniversary of the murder shot by the activist.
According to demandemployees and public agencies of the city and federal conspired among themselves and with other individuals “and acted or failed to act in such a way as to caused the death of Malcolm X”shot dead by three men as he was about to take a walk speech at the Audubon Ballroomon February 21, 1965, in an act in which his wife and daughter were present.

“Today we will celebrate the life and legacy of our father with the community because it’s something my mother did every year. Also we will seek justice for a man very young man who gave his life for human rights,” Shabazz said at a press conference at the place where he was killed and who is now a monument to Malcolm X in Upper Manhattan.

It also alleges that they acted in concert to prevent their conduct, actions and planning of the death of civil rights leader.
The plaintiffwho is claiming compensation for 100 million dollarsindicates in the document that he is presenting this action after learning that they were hidden from him proof that government employees and agencies “they conspired and carried out their plan to assassinate Malcolm X“.
In February 2021, three daughters of Malcolm X – Qubiliah, Ilyasah and Gamilah Shabazz– announced that they had received a posthumous confession of a police officer that implicated the NYPD and the FBI in his murder, and then asked that the case be reopened.
that confession-presented by a relative– it was that of an old man undercover copidentified as Raymond Wood, who in a letter confessed that the Police and the FBI conspired to “undermine” the civil rights movementand that his mission had been to infiltrate it to encourage its leaders and members to commit crimes and justify thus the actions against them.
Three men were convicted in 1966 for his alleged connection to the Malcolm X assassinationbut in November 2021 a court proved their innocence and they were released, even though one of them had already died.
