Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
Government Malaysia decided to extend the total lockdown or movement control orders (PKP) to suppress the spread corona virus.
The lockdown was extended for two weeks from June 15 to June 28, 2021.
The announcement was delivered by the Minister of Defense of Malaysia, Dato ‘Seri Ismail Sabri Yakoob in Putrajaya, Friday (11/6).
Malaysia previously applied lockdown total from 7 to 14 June.
“The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) has displayed and recommended in the Special Session of the National Security Council (MKN) led by the Prime Minister today that PKP 3.0 be extended for another two weeks,” he was quoted as saying by Antara.

“The list of positive or negative and SOPs for every factory, trade and industrial activity are still as announced before,” he said.
He expects the apparatus not to be confused in implementing the SOP.
“I don’t want people to be affected by misinterpretations because of the SOPs in the field by the authorities,” he said.
