The Malappuram Secular Tanima (Mamata) was initiated to unite all secular forces against the planned attack on Malappuram’s secular cultural heritage, formed on anti-imperialist foundations. To maintain the secular tradition and cultural identity of Malappuram and to culturally defend against the campaigns against Malappuram, the Literary Art-Cultural Association ‘Malapurath Secular Tanima’ was formed. The association called for vigilance against fascist forces trying to alienate Malappuram, take advantage of suspicion and spread hatred and hatred. Mamata will become the public forum for the unity of the secular minds of Malappuram. Mamata formation meeting was inaugurated by Desabhimani Chief Editor Puthalath Dinesan.
