To create a copy of Vesta, the plant employees took the workpiece, in this case the D16T aluminum bar, polished it, and then fixed it to a rotary table equipped with high-torque electric motors with direct drive. Further, the MFC650 five-axis machining center with Siemens 840D CNC entered into business. It allows you to control both all axes at the same time, and process parts according to the 3 + 2 scheme.

It is not known how much time it took to create a copy of the Lada Vesta SW Cross, but the timing of the video is two and a half minutes.
