MAKI Believes Lili Pintauli Has Resigned from KPK

Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Lily Pintauli Siregar is rumored to have resigned from KPK. Although there has been no official confirmation from the KPK, the Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI), Boyamin Saiman, believes that Lili will resign.

It is known that Lili will undergo an ethical trial on July 5 because it was reported that she was allegedly receiving facilities and accommodation for watching the Mandalika MotoGP in March 2022. In that report, Lili Pintauli allegedly received lodging tickets and Mandalika MotoGP tickets.

“I hope that the information about her resignation is true. And I am sure that Mrs. Lili has resigned because in the end the decision of the supervisory board if this becomes an ethics trial, the decision will definitely be to ask Lili to resign,” Boyamin told reporters, Sunday (3/03). 7/2022).

Boyamin admitted that he wanted Lili to resign from the KPK. He said this was to protect the good name of the KPK and to eradicate corruption.

“I want to resign in order to protect the good name of the KPK, maintain the eradication of corruption, maintain the dignity of the KPK and maintain the spirit of the Indonesian people who are still passionately passionate about eradicating corruption,” he said.

Boyamin hoped that Lili would understand and resign. So as not to break the public’s enthusiasm for eradicating corruption.

“If Mrs. Lili does not resign, it will break the wings of the spirit of eradicating corruption and that I hope Mrs. Lili understands and realizes that there is only one way, namely resigning,” he added.

For information, this is not the first time Lili has been tried on ethics. He had previously been sanctioned with a salary cut related to the abuse of influence and his relationship with the litigants at the KPK, namely the inactive Tanjungbalai Mayor M Syahrial.
