My wife and I sometimes call each other “fucking stupid” (international couple eh) when one of us does something stupid. Delicious. If you work in a close-knit team, this should also be possible.
This is not my first and not my last employer where we sometimes complain about each other. Wonderful, you get to know, accept and value each other. In fact, in the clubs where I was dated where that very soft stuff was chewed over every week, people were a lot more conniving and people were insulted a lot more behind their backs.
