In recent months, Ludo has been forced to live alone on an abandoned drilling platform. It is true that he is saved in the nick of time by his great love Janine, but once back in Meerdijk it still does not seem to be going well with the once so powerful art magnate.
Ludo has little regard for his family and the loss of the auction house to arch rivals Billy and Richard does not seem to interest the businessman. The feud between Ludo and Bonnie and Clyde van Good times Bad Times feels like a settled battle.

But appearances can be deceiving! Ludo has slowly come to his senses and is determined to get his auction house back. And so does the bad guy of course entirely in style: in his familiar suit and without the now infamous beard.
