ABU DHABI> Make A Wish Foundation – UAE, in collaboration with Burjeel Medical City, has gifted iPhone 14s and a two-seater electric car to two children who recently recovered from bone marrow transplants. Seven-year-old Sulaikha Rasool, a thalassemia sufferer, and Muhammad Hashir, a seven-year-old with iron-deficiency anemia, received an iPhone 14 and a two-seater electric car, respectively. Electric car was given as a gift. The event, organized by Burjeel Medical City at its headquarters in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, was attended by the children’s family members and medical administrative staff of the hospital, where gifts were given, cakes were distributed and photographs were taken. CEO of the foundation, Hani Alsubaidi, said that he is happy to strengthen efforts to fulfill the dreams of children who have completed treatment. He added that it will give them and their families unforgettable moments. Al-Zubaidi thanked the management of Burjeel Medical City for their exceptional care for patients. “We are always happy to partner with Make a Wish Foundation to make the wishes of these child patients come true.
