Makassar Fair Rejects Tri Asylum-Zinidin Zidan after Netizens Blasphemy

Makassar – Singer Tri Asylum and Zinidin Zidane rejected until removed from the list of artists who will enliven the City Fair Makassar (PRKM) in South Sulawesi (South Sulawesi). The event organizer does not want the activity to cause a conflict, the aftermath of the behavior of the two attracting blasphemy from netizens on social media (social media).

“We are removing them from the list of artists that we will invite. Indirectly it means they will not perform at the Makassar City Fair,” said Director of Sulapa Event Production Andi Muhammad Ismail when contacted secondsSulselTuesday (26/4/2022).

He admitted that he had previously contacted the Tri Suaka manager. His party is only at the stage of price talks, but has not yet had time to tie a cooperation contract.

“Actually, we don’t need to tell them not to do anything, because we haven’t signed a contract. We’re just in the communication stage with the manager, we’ve been given publish rateher, all sorts of things,” he said.

He admitted that the removal of the names Tri Suaka and Zidan from the list of artists who would be invited to PRKM would avoid conflict. Moreover, the viral video of the two which parodied the figure of musician Andika Mahesa or Andika Kangen Band actually drew the spotlight on social media.

“Just because of this case, we can’t deny it either, Kangen Band is quite famous in Makassar. In fact, there are still fans there, we just avoid the fuss,” said Ismail.

Moreover, Ismail considered that the attitude (behavior) of Tri Suaka and Zidan on social media had sparked the anger of netizens. Something he also loves to happen, and can have an impact when invited to an event.

“The point here is attitude yes, mutual respect. Moreover, in the world of entertainment, this is very small,” said Ismail.

He didn’t want the Makassar City Fair (PRKM) to have a bad impact if he invited artists who were having problems. There is the potential for harm to the implementer of activities including:

“This can be detrimental to us as well because this issue is their problem. Moreover, we involve 350 booths for MSMEs and other business actors. We take care of things that we predict will make a fuss,” he said.

It is known that the Makassar City Fair (PKRM) will be held from June 24 to July 3, 2022 at the Celebes Convention Center (CCC) Makassar City. The activity, which will be held by Sulapa Event Production, will feature a number of cultural and artistic events that are expected to boost the community’s economy.

“God willing, we have also invited the Minister of Tourism to attend and send hearing letters to the Mayor of Makassar and the Governor of South Sulawesi,” said Ismail.

For information, Tri Suaka and Zinidin Zidan through their video recordings parody the figure of musician Andika Mahesa or Andika Kangen Band on social media. Both of them at that time sang the song Kangen Band entitled ‘Seliikut’ and ‘Penantian Tertunda’.

Both of them also pretended to imitate the expression and tone of voice of Andika Kangen Band. Every now and then Tri Asylum and Zidan seemed to smile and hold back laughter.

This video was then viral and then invited netizens to criticize because it was considered to underestimate and not appreciate Andika’s work. Later Tri Suaka and Zidan apologized on their respective Instagram accounts.

“Hopefully, with this video, brothers and sisters forgive Tri’s mistakes. Maybe Tri didn’t know at that time that it could insinuate feelings, but God willing, Tri had no intention of mocking and having bad intentions in the content,” Tri said in a video on his IG account. its @xdjtrisuaka.

Not yet finished with the matter, Tri Suaka and Zinidin Zidan were again accused of insulting children with disabilities through the video trending kulbet or cool very busy on social media. The two immediately rushed back to apologize to netizens.

“For God’s sake, Zidan and I have no intention at all to harass or insult children with special needs. What we demonstrated in the recent viral video, is the movement in the KULBET trend that is popular on Tiktok/IG,” wrote Tri Suaka on his IG account.
