/ world today news/ The government proposes to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria to issue a decree for the release of Major-General Andrey Botsev as the commander of the Ground Forces, for his appointment as the Chief of Defense and to award him the rank of Lieutenant-General.
After the submitted report for exemption from gen. Konstantin Popov, the position of Chief of Defense was held temporarily, until the appointment of a successor, by Vice Admiral Emil Eftimov.
