The owner of the business complex, Wim Schipper, is present and focusing on the fire. Several companies are located in the complex. “Last year I also had a fire at Ondernemershuis and now again,” he tells Radio Rijnmond. “It’s unprecedented. Now I see my pension going up in smoke.” He owns 23 industrial buildings, of which he estimates seven or eight are on fire. The fire has spread so that people can now look across the building and see what is happening inside. Spring rolls are made and sold in the building.
