Major Fire Destroys Farmhouse in Eursinge: Residents Escape Unharmed

A farmhouse in Eursinge was almost completely reduced to ashes by a major fire that broke out last night.

The fire brigade was called just before half past four to the fire in the house on Eursinge. The fire developed rapidly and became explosive. Flames came out of the thatched roof of the house.

Three fire engines, so-called tankers, were called in to get the fire under control. The fire was under control around half past eight. The farmhouse has all but been lost, says a spokesperson for the safety region.

The residents were able to leave their home quickly after the fire broke out. They are unharmed.
