In Villemur-sur-Tarn, near Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), a major fire broke out this Monday, September 4, in the afternoon. Many firefighters were called to the scene.
Many fire starts took place this Monday in the department of Haute-Garonne. North of Toulouse, it is the town of Villemur-sur-Tarn, on the way to Sainte Livrade, which was affected by a grass fire.
The latter spread to a house and threatened several others. The fire reached the town of Varennes in Tarn-et-Garonne.

It covered no less than 12 hectares before being fixed. In this disaster, two houses suffered damage. According to a provisional assessment, no casualties are to be deplored. The exact causes of this accident are not known.
