All in all, this is a modest share of Equinor’s total production. Equinor’s Russian output accounts for about 25,000 barrels of oil per day, about 1.25 percent of all production. Russian production comes mainly from Siberian oil and gas fields. The Norwegians have 70 employees and 1.2 billion dollars in long-term investments. That sounds like a lot of money, but it is less than what BP, Shell and TotalEnergies are investing in Russia.
